Jon Schick Posted December 4, 2014 Share #22 Posted December 4, 2014 Jon, it is a great camera and your excellent photos prove it! But I find the manual very confusing and there are still lots of function that I do not know! It is so annoying to jump pages for each information instead of putting all the explanations together for each function!... Louis - thank you for the compliment and, well, welcome to the world of lightly breathed-over Panasonic manuals! Comprehensively incomprehensible
Louis Posted December 4, 2014 Author Share #23 Posted December 4, 2014 Louis2: Did you use Camera RAW 8.7 PS or LR.? .. Thank you I am always shooting in RAW and using PS (the old CS2) for processing! :-)

Feudal1 Posted December 10, 2014 Share #27 Posted December 10, 2014 Advertisement (gone after registration) Nice set of photos. The 109 is obviously a capable camera in the hands of a good photographer. I had the Panasonic version for a bit, but it had an issue with the LCD screen, which caused me to return it. I liked the output though, and after some thought, decided to pick up the Leica version. Should be getting it on Thursday.
Louis Posted December 11, 2014 Author Share #28 Posted December 11, 2014 Are those photographs unedited. These are from RAW files; therefore, some PP was required! But I am very nicely surprised how little PP they need! Nice set of photos. The 109 is obviously a capable camera in the hands of a good photographer. Should be getting it on Thursday. Congratulations for your new tool. It is, indeed, a fine little camera and I am sure you would be very happy. I also believe that the Leica version is a better one; not only for a a nicer built and 3 years warranty, but also for the Leica customer service and technical support that are excellent from my previous experiences!
