Most plug ins "disappeared" from LR 5.6

It's been a few months since I opened LR which has PS CS6, all the NIk plug ins, DxO labs Viewpoint 2.5, Film pack 3 as plug ins.

Today, I noticed that Nik's HDR2 and Film pack 3 are the only ones there. I've re-downloaded and reinstalled the DxO twice but it doesn't show up via the "export as preset" function or plug in extras. In addition, if I select plug in manager and click on the "add" function. I can navigate to the various programs but they are "greyed" out and cannot be selected.

I'm on the latest Mac Mini, running Mountain Lion and have both LR4 and LR5 loaded on but only LR5 open.

DxO FilmPack and ViewPoint are in the external editors.

Right-click and 'Edit In' or Photo - Edit In.

I don't have them in Export either, unlike HDR.

Thanks Bart, I'll check when I get home tonight.

I'm curious why you are using Mountain Lion.

I've read of Spectra View not being compatible initially whenever a new Mac OS version comes out. On this Mac Mini, it is in the basement only used infrequently for photo editing so never saw the need to upgrade.

Mountain Lion is now two versions out of date - Mavericks and Yosemite. I can see not being an early adopter of Yosemite, but Mavericks has gone through 5 versions. The latest Mac Mini comes with Yosemite. Yosemite 10.10.1 is already is beta testing.

I am running Yosemite 10.10 and have had no problems with Adobe products, although Yosemite may require more resources. I use a Late 2013 Mac Pro. I don't use any plug-ins.
