Tom Barry Posted October 15, 2014 Share #1 Â Posted October 15, 2014 Advertisement (gone after registration) It was so windy the day I took this that I had to resort to ISO 3200 and 1/4000th sec. to stop movement. The result surprised me by looking a bit like a deliberate attempt to mimic Monet. Lumix FZ1000: Â Paint1-web by tombarry975, on Flickr

Thanks for the kind words. I was surprised - again - that I didn't have to apply any noise reduction, except a bit in the shadows of this ISO 3200 jpeg image. The new sensors and proprietary in-camera noise reduction are much better than in the early days.
stuny Posted October 15, 2014 Share #5 Â Posted October 15, 2014 Very nice. Perhaps it would be even stronger with an inch or so cropped form the right to move the flowers off center.
