stuny Posted August 15, 2014 Author Share #6 Posted August 15, 2014 Cinnichozel, Zlatko, Adam & Paul - thank you. Jim - Thank you. In my USAF days we used the Wild T3-AM theodolite to measure and provide a true north reading to the guidance system in Minuteman missles. The T3-AM was precise enough to measure down to 1/10th of an arc second. The Soviets used the T3-AM to aim their missles at us. https://www.google.com/search?q=t3am+theodolite&tbm=isch&tbo=u&source=univ&sa=X&ei=qv_tU6uAJIObyAT-9YLADQ&ved=0CEcQsAQ&biw=1280&bih=843#facrc=_&imgdii=_&imgrc=D3i8-Aws_tpAdM%253A%3BR3w2dKsY9FwvTM%3Bhttp%253A%252F%252Fp2.la-img.com%252F364%252F2353%252F1017844_1_l.jpg%3Bhttp%253A%252F%252Fwww.liveauctioneers.com%252Fitem%252F1017844%3B600%3B1015
