Since it's made in Switzerland, and since Leica bought Wild several years ago I suspect it is from that facility. This is in Times Square.

Jim - Thank you. In my USAF days we used the Wild T3-AM theodolite to measure and provide a true north reading to the guidance system in Minuteman missles. The T3-AM was precise enough to measure down to 1/10th of an arc second. The Soviets used the T3-AM to aim their missles at us.
