In the case of my Noctilux I will either use Leica or not bother. At least with Leica it will get done well .Possibly at a higher cost but I am guessing now ,but realistically could be three months.I would probably do it via my local Leica dealer as he must owe me one for the contributions I have made to his pension fund over the past 30 years. Generally speaking you get what you pay for in this world.Buy cheap and buy twice or in this case wait a long time.I bet the payment is cleared quickly.  You can buy a replacement flange with coding pits already machined for the 90mm Elmarit M on eBay, it's an easy swap, and if your Zeiss 35mm has a groove machined in the mounting face of the flange that is what it's for, to allow for a couple of dabs of black paint.
