But one cart is empty, printer cannot print, and delivery of new cart will take a week. Is there a way to bypass empty cart to print nevertheless ? Washington Posted July 13, 2014 Share #2 Posted July 13, 2014 I hate to be a bummer on this subject..... but i had one and it worked great as I was doing 5 to 6 foot panoramas on canvas. One day it just stopped working.... and my being way up in the mountains there was no way to get a service rep up there. I was told that the operating unit that pulls out from the left side had gone bad ... maybe? Finding a new replacement was almost impossible and when I did they ran about $800. So, my choice was to buy a new unit from a third party (HD didn't even have them) and that might not even be the problem. Meanwhile a friend got a 24'' Epson and the build quality far exceeded the HP and it ran like a watch...... well, they are owned by Seiko!
