Is it Android, iOS (doubt it), custom made (unlikely)? Maybe tweaking it will enable functions as basic editing, time lapse photography, etc... Android would bring too much of an overhead on performance (hardware) requirements for such a "simple" user interface. Â Maybe it is something like Qt Embedded (Qt for Embedded Linux | Documentation | Qt Project)... but I even think this would be already much too heavy for the needed set of functionality.
