jerrybay Posted April 7, 2014 Share #1  Posted April 7, 2014 Advertisement (gone after registration) Hi everyone, as a Leica Photographer and Legal Practitioner, I know the importance to let every Photographer to become aware of their Legal Rights in relation to Photography when situating in different countries around the World. Therefore, I thought it would be helpful to compile all the relevant legal information for Worldwide Photographers. (Please note that it is still work in progress and more countries' Photography Rights will be published)  Here is the link to the Photographer's Rights on my website: Photographer's Rights — JERRY BEI GALLERY

Guest Mr. B Posted April 13, 2014 Share #2 Â Posted April 13, 2014 This is very interesting and useful information. I have a section on this topic that I teach my photo students. This will be very helpful in the future. Thank you. I will be interested in legal issues in other countries. My classes and I have found this type of information on line for the US and the UK. Echo63 Posted April 13, 2014 Share #3 Â Posted April 13, 2014 Thanks Jerry ! Â i dont suppose you know if the laws in WA change anything ? it appears that most of the Australian laws shown relate to NSW. Â do you mind if i print it all out ? it would be great to have at work sometimes as a quick reference when someone takes offence to me taking their picture.
