Tom Barry Posted March 26, 2014 Author Share #4 Posted March 26, 2014 Thanks. It used to be illegal to pick wildflowers along Texas highway right-of-ways, but not because of rattlesnakes. Too many people were picking what were intended to be enjoyed by all, and parking in a dangerous manner . It's legal to pick them now, but most people don't.
