tthorne Posted November 12, 2013 Share #1 Posted November 12, 2013 Advertisement (gone after registration) I used to wet clean my Nikon D3's whenever necessary, with no problems, but I still never really liked doing it. I bought a fancy blower that worked wonders on my cameras after that, but occasionally, and currently with both of my 240s, I have dust. Normally I really don't care if it is just one or two spots, but there are considerably more and my work volume is high, so I am getting tired of cloning them out. Anyhow, my fancy blower system is not getting a bunch of the spots, and I was considering wet cleaning, but i wanted to ask if any of you are using something different, like the Arctic Butterfly or anything like that. Any recommendations?

woorob Posted November 12, 2013 Share #2 Posted November 12, 2013 The Arctic Butterfly works well for me, but I almost always have to follow up with a wet cleaning.

hansmezger Posted November 13, 2013 Share #5 Posted November 13, 2013 I would highly advise the Firefly anti-satic air blower. Expensive but better than doing a wet cleaning.
