Hi all,

I have the complete Nik collection from 2011/12 or thereby.

I opened up SFEX for the first time after changing computer and upgrading to Mavericks.

Now Sfex comes up with the set up screen asking for my License code. When I enter that it then says the code is invalid.

Any thoughts as to what I should do? I have used Nik's Help but it could be a few days before they get back to me.

I just tried getting their help on a different issue and this is the e-mail I got from them. To me the spells crappy customer service:

Thank you for contacting Nik by Google. We have received your question and due to new software releases, our response time is currently 1-2 business days. Our office hours are Monday through Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm PST.

For more information about our products, or for technical support questions, please visit support.google.com/nikcollection.

Best Regards,

Customer Service

So, working standard office hours and suggesting that they can get back to you in a couple of days is crappy service?

I wonder how many people Nik have on their Customer Service team and how many people have downloaded their free suite?

As it turns out I was able to get through to them via the telephone with a better than expected outcome. Persistence paid off. I did not have to wait a couple of days. That in my book is good customer service, thus they have redeemed themselves in my book.
