alandash Posted October 15, 2013 Share #1 Β Posted October 15, 2013 Advertisement (gone after registration) What types of standard body coverings have been used by the factory over the years, such as vulcanite, sharkskin, etc.? For instance, how do I identify the standard covering according to the model, such as IIIa, IIIc, IIIf, IIIg, M3, M6, M9, etc.? I have a mint IIIc with sharkskin, which has a superior non-slip gripping surface, but I have heard that sharkskin cannot hold up to hard use as well as the standard covering.
