Henry -

Beautiful shots, and Barbara agrees.

Stuart thank you for showing these pictures to Barbara

Glad Barbara and you like the photos :)

Henry,

All fabulous shots! Thanks.

You would enjoy the Albuquerque Balloon Fiesta in October.

Karl, I know this meeting of Albuquerque (thanks for the link)

I dream to go ... it seems that it is splendid

Finally, we have for our meeting of Chambrey-Bussières , more than 370 balloons.

The weather is warm (good for balloon) and it is very nice now in the east of France, but with some very severe thunderstorms. In this case the flights are prohibited for safety

This last photo was taken between 250-300 meters

Towards you, my guess. :)

Yes Karl in front of me ie northwest to south east (behind me), West is in my left. The shadow of balloons were at right :)

A little wind from the north, the air is very hot and we have favorable conditions to mount very high

Thanks Karl for your nice comments :)

For Karl and all lovers of balloons :)

Which is impressive with Kodak Portra film , is that the balloons are really in relief 3D

For the M9 it must be corrected with LR for about the same result :D

With this picture we start up, we are about at 150 meters to 200 m.

It's 9h pm and the wind has changed direction (look at the shadow of balloons, west is now at my right)
