Westerwald-Leica Posted April 5, 2007 Share #1 Posted April 5, 2007 Advertisement (gone after registration) Today my M8 produced as unreproduceable malfunction: It showed the image preview as a horizontal pattern of thin black and white stripes. The image file however was not corrupted and I could view the image by pushing the "play" button. This happened three times, I could not identify a pattern. Has anyone of you experienced this before? heninden Posted April 5, 2007 Share #2 Posted April 5, 2007 I've had it happen on two to three occasions. It seems to be totally random. It has happened with 1.06 and, just two days ago, with 1.092. Bill W Posted April 5, 2007 Share #6 Posted April 5, 2007 There was a previous thread on this a few weeks back. It seems to happen to a lot of folks and me twice since going to 1.092. It seems to occur on the first shot after turning on the camera or wakeing it up. My only other problem is sometimes in the menu right after turning on the camera the scrolling will go crazy.
