Ario Arioldi Posted June 10, 2013 Share #2 Posted June 10, 2013 You should receive an e-mail from Leica with the serial number. I got it shortly after the download. it may happen that the message is routed to the spam folder, it happened to me.

andybarton Posted June 10, 2013 Share #8 Posted June 10, 2013 I'd be amazed if Leica offer a free upgrade from a previous version if you have already downloaded and installed that.

erudolph Posted June 11, 2013 Share #12 Posted June 11, 2013 I started the download of LR5 directly from the Adobe site and then registered my M at the Leica site, putting in my TAN number, etc. However, I didn't receive an email with serial number. After a couple of hours, I went back to the Leica site, put in my TAN number again, and then started a new download through the Leica link, and almost immediately received an email with serial number. Ario Arioldi Posted June 11, 2013 Share #18 Posted June 11, 2013 you can do 2 downloads, if you have done 2 downloads with your registered camera you cannot download anymore You have to download from Leica web site at least once in order to get the licence key. You can also download the installation package from the Adobe site (as may times as you need) and then activate LR with the licence key you got from Leica.
