doubice Posted June 13, 2013 Author Share #21 Posted June 13, 2013 Advertisement (gone after registration) Thanks to all for the nice words..... Now comes the hard part - as I mentioned, the equipment looks as if pulled out of a hungry dog's mouth so, a thorough cleaning and servicing is in order. The 35mm Elmar had its focusing lever removed in a rather unprofessional manner, the 50mm Summicron was dropped at one point in its life (or two....) and its focusing is stiff, the IIIf's shutter does not fire at all, the 135mm Hektor's focusing is dry, Visoflex mirror does not rise or fall etc. etc. (I am not complaining - the price was right.....) The Kilar is, apart from external marks on the barrel, in excellent shape. I already figured out the extension difference between a Kilfitt reflex housing and a Visoflex III with OUBIO (less than 3mm) and will start playing..... Cheers, Jan

algrove Posted June 13, 2013 Share #22 Posted June 13, 2013 I have no idea what these old ones are worth, but at $C ten any one of us would bite first and ask questions later. Congrats.
