Another one of the long-dead films, and one that I really would like to see being resurrected: Kodachrome 25. As before, taken March 1983 in that Italian city at the laguna. I did not have a Leica then.

You inspire me with your portraits James taken with the old IIIC and Summitar lens

Very impressive picture with the almost historic camera which is still operational
Congratulations Leica

Thank you for your kind words, Henry!

It is indeed a great experience to go out with this old gear and to then bring back some good pictures. Though the Barnack's are not that convenient (i.e. compared to the later M's) it is a joy to handle them, sturdy and reliable as they are.

In contrast to my oldest camera comes another picture out of a cheap plastic sibling - my Rollei Prego micron:

Forgive me if I have posted—I don't think I have, but the forum software doesn't allow an easy search of one's posts—these before, but all are from the excellent Voigtlander Bessa III (aka Fuji GF670, made by Cosina in either case).

I'm feeling a strong urge to load it up and use it again. As Oscar Wilde said, "The only way to get rid of a temptation is to yield to it." I think I'm about to yield.

After much support up on the 'film' section of the M Forum, my first M3 has delivered a bouncing baby film.  Here's a first attempt!

Please do give in, Chris :) These are wonderful, esp the first and last. I didn't know about this camera but having read about it now I must say it's a very cool option. A portable MF camera that does both 6x6 and 6x7; amazing for trips.

Well spotted—Velvia 100. Still have about twenty rolls left, but I'll have to buy and figure out E6 kits before I use them. I think the last processing place in Toronto shut down a couple of years ago.

Same here for Velvia 50... Still got 6 films ready for processing, just to find out that's almost impossible here in Iceland [emoji16]... Anyone with tips how to develop them with the Tetanal kit? Otherwise stated: any easy tips on keeping the right temperature on developing? I don't have a jobo processor or something, just a lot of warm tap water....
