Remember the Leica Post camera  pre MD from the sixties ?

These were used to shoot 50 frames of 24mmx27mm per roll instead of 36 frames of 24x36 with fixed focus and fixed iris .

Took that base Leica Post camera and had it modified for regular use and fitted with a M2 RF unit (guess framing centered squarish format) and a M3 DS shell.

500T Vision3 Kodak + 35mm Summilux 1960

Cheers

JM.

the bottom one is really good

Did you happen to have a yellow filter on the lens, Gary? Or was it some sort of weird light?

You're too kind Phil, what you really meant was "Mate your white balance is outta whack". And you'd be right. I'll make a concerted effort to dig the original out, and redo it. I did fiddle ever so slightly with it once I decided to upload it, but blamed the skewed colour on the Merlot.

No, no filter, I wasn't old then, LOL. (am now). It would have been near sunset though, I think.

Shouldn't the merlot have given it a red tint? And is it really true that only old people use filters, or is it that only old people forget to take them off when shooting in colour? 😲 If the latter I have plenty of evidence to suggest that I must have been old when I was young 😵‍💫.
