For Tooka and GS,

Hospices of Beaune

The color of the tiles on the roof is typical of this region:)

History of this former hospital for the poor

"The Hospices de Beaune or Hôtel-Dieu de Beaune is a former charitable almshouse in Beaune, France. It was founded in 1443 by Nicolas Rolin, chancellor

of Burgundy, as a hospital for the poor. The original hospital building, the Hôtel-Dieu, one of the finest examples of French fifteenth-century architecture, is now

a museum. Services for patients are now provided in modern hospital buildings.

An important charity wine auction is held in November each year (formerly in the great hall of the Hôtel-Dieu)" from Wikipedia

Pete is not moire .... there is not for the film

it's the small colored tiles of the hospice , which form this typical arrangement of this beautiful region :)

GS it's fun at Beer Parlour :) nice capture

The building structure seen in the film is precise ,such as brown wall in this picture below, but not as the "scalpel" like in digital pictures !

Pete what do you think? always moiré ?

National Library François Mitterand 4 open books (in the form of an L and which are disposed face to face and at 4 corners)

the white line at right is caused by the passage of a jet above Paris

:) M3 and MP ?

Same here. Hadley small if I'm right? Always stuffed with an MP, M6 loaded with HP5+. :)

Sometimes I even stuff my iPad in it, too.

Considering to add the Hadley Pro next year to be able to take an extra shirt with me for when it gets cold.

Tooka is a pro Hadley with a handle, practical when you are not using the strap

In macro, more convenient is the R8 but sometimes I also use the M7 with 90 Macro-Elmar which enlarges more

It looks like this in macro, photo uncropped in 70 macro

Notice a bit of cobweb on left and edge of the poppy is not as sharp as a "scalpel" (digital picture) but "softer" ! :)

Shooting is easier with SLR, with a monopod
