Guest )-( Posted August 22, 2016 Share #20250 Posted August 22, 2016 (edited) This weekend, my first time in my new darkroom with laundry. I missed out on the whole darkroom experience as a kid (being good at one sport was a major pitfall.) I have a lifetime of things to learn but 4950ml more developer and 189 sheets of paper in which to make a start Edited August 22, 2016 by coogee

gbealnz Posted August 22, 2016 Share #20256 Posted August 22, 2016 The Eagle aqueduct. Cheers Ian, purely curious, but add that TOTC's pic is by far and away better than the one in the info you linked to. Fantastic piece of construction. Yes, much more agreeable light in TOTC's photo. However, it looks like the bridge has undergone restoration and the bridge is rather less attractive now. gbealnz Posted August 22, 2016 Share #20258 Posted August 22, 2016 However, it looks like the bridge has undergone restoration and the bridge is rather less attractive now. Story of my life, old age is definitely cruel. Gary

KevinL Posted August 22, 2016 Share #20260 Posted August 22, 2016 This weekend, my first time in my new darkroom with laundry. I missed out on the whole darkroom experience as a kid (being good at one sport was a major pitfall.) I have a lifetime of things to learn but 4950ml more developer and 189 sheets of paper in which to make a start Awesome and inspiring since I'm thinking longingly about starting myself too. I only had one semester long brush with printing in a university "extension" course (i.e., no credits) way back when, so it would be a new thing for me as well. Seems ridiculous to think of going all the way back to darkroom printing in this day and age, but the lure is strong.
