Hello Aryel, that's a wonderful picture. It's a sense of something between what was and what will be, between the past and the future. The colors and film grain really capture that mood perfectly.

A lovely photo. The grain and tones are perfect. This isn't the place for a thread drift, but it makes me a bit sad. I will be there in April, and, living in the States, I'm giving up on film for international travel. I'm awaiting delivery today of a used HB 907x 50c for overseas trips. I fool myself into believing that it's almost a film Blad. Sigh....

Limon, Colorado - M6, Summicron 35 asph, Trix

I liked the idea of a truck passing buy, but now I don't like it anymore. I should have taken both.

I would still buy the one with the truck because it says so much more than just “Dollar General.“

And Porsche palette is a delightful splash, as well. Totally atomic composition.

What an inspiring vertical perspective. Let's hear it for the gentlemanly MD-2. My unassuming MDa is bristling for attention, now.

I like those big signs, they are uncommon for me. I need to go back there with color.

Thanks! And it was actually cold and windy! My Denverite coworkers told me: why did you drive east towards Kansas? There's nothing out there. Always go to the mountains.

Indeed, a very nice quiet view. The flat light helps.

Are you now walking in the footsteps of Edward Steichen? His pictures such as “Storm in the garden of the gods - Colorado” and “trees, long island” come to mind. In any case, I much like these impressionistic pictures, well done
