As i know they send worldwide… Thanks a lot for the suggestions, I don't really want to try home brewing for now (living in a flat with 2 kids and a darkroom is already challenging enough). I got the fx39ii from fotoimpex actually. It is the developer they suggest as a replacement for rodinal (it is considered inflammable and hard to get).
