I tried to find out more about the Ilford Pan 100-- it seems not to be available in Germany and Ilford doesn't even mention it on their site... from your results i guess it is a nice film for special markets... Hi Klaus, Not sure of the style. For me, each photo is little exercise in composition while I'm on a walk. Perhaps a bit of "saudade" is involved for my mother and her landscape photos. They were contact prints made with a medium format folder in the early 50s. I don't have the camera but do have the frames she used to put white borders on the prints. Bought an Agfa Billy to do the same but something is wrong with the focus... Apparently Pan 100 is available in the UK, not surprisingly, but I understand that it is made with lower tolerances for regional markets. On the flickr group for the film, there are a lot of Asian photographers using it. First time that I've used it. Just a bit more expensive than Fomapan 100 but I like it much more. No imperfections in the emulsion, nice blacks and the film stock is good quality like Ilford's other films. Fomapan curls up like mad! Cheers
