You’ve captured the stand out beauty of this lady, but that cigarette! ... I hope it was just a prop for the shoot, to add edginess, and not a habit.

Thanks a lot Steve! We can relax, it was only for the photo 😉😉😉

But this is the artistry of the Director making a statement about the contrarian personality of his leading lady, edgy to be sure. Lose the cigarette. Keep the cigarette. Lose the cigarette. Park her Porsche Macan Turbo in the loading zone. No, leave the engine running. He's coming out in a moment. But the bank is closed. He'll do anything for her. Even light her cigarette. Lose the cigarette. Keep the cigarette. Props! Where's the prop guy? Continuity! Did she have the cigarette dead on, or was it on the left side? Are we running? Speed . . . and ACTION! "No, dear, remember this is where you lose the puppy and you are going to take it out on him, only he doesn't know it. And please don't tell me you hate Miami blue because we were lucky to get the Macan in chalk."

Really love it! Is the bike still running?

Thanks BENQUI for the nice words.  I haven't seen the bike for twenty years or so but, I would not be at all surprised if it was still on the road.  The photo was taken in Los Angeles and of course that is a big motorcycle community.  Unfortunately I haven't found any other photos of the finished bike; I'll keep looking and post if I do....

Another picture from my last walk in the snow. I really like the details on this CMS20ii film

Leica M4-P
Voigtländer 40mm f/1.2
Adox CMS20ii
Adox AdotechIV Developer 1+14 @ 10min
Plustek 7600i Silverfast 9 Plus

Rinder by Tim Fuhrlaender, auf Flickr

You did a good job with CMS20 in the almost contre-jour light and snowy conditions here.  It is a very contrasty and fickle film that takes no prisoners in my experience, but when you get it right, as you have done, the images can approach medium format quality.

Well done!
