Charles Morgan Posted December 23, 2020 Share #73304 Posted December 23, 2020 (edited) I've had the 2.8F (just a bit too bulky for me), the 3.5F (both with Planars) and the Rolleicord with Xenar 75mm f3.5 and I probably prefer the 3.5F Delta 400 at 1600 in something... Popular Post Charles Morgan Posted December 23, 2020 Popular Post Share #73306 Posted December 23, 2020 The Rolleicord, while a little flimsier than the flexes, is small, light and produces some delightful photos. I shouldn't have sold mine, but the Xenar is really a characterful little lens. At their current prices they are a compelling deal. Billy, Project Shop, HP5+ at 1600, I think in XTOL. The careful balance of it all; without the Woman in Red (and your elbow?) that unique something would be missing.

The perspective of the pier really enforces the three-dimensionality of this composition with the two tugboats adding a sense of scale, also.

Mr.Prime Posted December 23, 2020 Share #73320 Posted December 23, 2020 It’s a nice shot and I like your choice of crop. I often edit my 35mm down to square format and appreciate the aesthetic when others do the same.
