very interesting, Wayne.  I love those giant crock-pots.  We have one!  The photo looks from the 70's!

Hoosiers.

The joy of fellowship through good, local, farm raised sausage. St. Mary's free-will breakfast.

Fry up some good sausage, and they will come.

Here is another thing that was like the 70's.........................The kids: volunteers; cheerfully clearing tables; refilling coffee................Not once, did I see a cell phone.

More from the Berkshire Downs chalk country. This is The Manger, a distinctive feature of Whitehorse Hill. Kodak BW400CN and 28 Summaron-M.

Stunning. So much drama. The fence sort of caps it off.

I find myself becoming fascinated by fences in open country. Especially those not being maintained.

Best,

It's a fine triptych Gary. I can see why the effect can become rather boring if repetitive, but panorama-tychs (should that be Pantychs) can be a great way for us non-landscape photographers to make sense of the vista presented. In my opinion they always work best when there's a clear disconnect. I hope to see more of your half frame photography soon.

Another from the nearby (to my photo above) Wayland's Smithy, the neolithic era long barrow. BW400CN I think.

Ditto.

Very pleasing images, Ian. Wonderful light, exposure and framing in both... I like them a lot.
