Stealth3kpl Posted August 30, 2017 Share #39322 Posted August 30, 2017 I seem to recall Peter_S having a voigtlander Bessa 111 667 or Fujifilm GF670. Am I wrong? I remember a very nice shot of someone skiing into a gully somewhere. Pete
Peter_S Posted August 30, 2017 Share #39323 Posted August 30, 2017 Yes - sold...fantastic camera, however, particularly the Bessa IIIW. Slimmed down my equipment because of travelling and moving partly to Georgia... traded my Leica T and Bessa III for one Leica M9. I seem to recall Peter_S having a voigtlander Bessa 111 667 or Fujifilm GF670. Am I wrong? I remember a very nice shot of someone skiing into a gully somewhere. christoph_d Posted August 30, 2017 Share #39328 Posted August 30, 2017 (edited) Mountain Portrait. Caucasus, Georgia. Contax T3, Heliopan yellow filter and Ilford FP4+ (in ID-11). Hasselblad X1 scan Very nice indeed. The lens draws well - as far as one can tell from this picture - and I like the way you treated the grayscale. Rgds C. This is masterful colour photography! I've been looking at some colour landscapes done in digital on another thread - then when you see what is achieved in extremely talented hands with great eyes and alert minds on film - there really is (for me at least) no comparison. Film has a life, vitality and presence that is all its own.
