stray cat Posted June 4, 2017 Share #33602 Posted June 4, 2017 Some more shots with the Minilux. Two weeks ago we spend some time in Wernigerode (Harz) and I took my sons to a hike in the woods: Bild-1-15.jpg Minilux - Cinestill 800T Another shot from the woods: Bild-1-17.jpg Minilux - Cinestill 800T One of my favorite models: Bild-1-16.jpg Minilux - Cinestill 800T These are all lovely pictures, James, and shows what good things can happen when you "bend" the rules (like using a high ISO tungsten film for landscapes and portraits!). May I just ask whether you used a filter (85B or whatever it's supposed to be) on your lens or filtered out the tungsten bluey colour when you scanned?

Looking forward to seeing more! Portra 400. I love the natural colors from this film, no post processing necessary! Love the rendition on this one, James. Has a classic yet clean feel to it. I actually drug it out yesterday morning to Rockefeller Center and actually took it off of the tripod a little (not my choice, but security guards sometimes need to feel relevant)
EoinC Posted June 4, 2017 Share #33613 Posted June 4, 2017 Thirdly, in line with my second point, I was surprised at the rough and ready environment created at the stalls. True, it was a fair and not a shop environment, still, for a procedure that affects my body I would expect a rather clinical appearance. But probably the actual status is also part of a subculture that I am obviously not part of - I have to remember to ask those questions next time. 170408_4_M5_0035.jpg M5, 35, Foma400@800, svn Rgds Christoph This is a wonderful series, Christoph, and really presents something of the experience - Very well done! I hope you continue with these forays, despite the fair being over.

Doc Henry Posted June 4, 2017 Author Share #33618 Posted June 4, 2017 I read what You said about my wife's photo and told her. As she's French, her English isn't good enough but she told me to say thanks to all of You for Your compliments. As some of You did post some boat pictures, here is one I shot with my Leica IIIf in January, in La Rochelle, France. Simply a souvenir picture, but I love boats and ships. Web.Leica IIIf Bateau La Rochelle janv.2017.jpg The framing is nice and black and white tone superb Henry
