Henry,

I love your pictures of La Place Des Voges and Chenonceaux. I made some pictures at Chenonceaux some years ago. This doesn't show its drama, but the are lovely views that appear if you look around. I am not satisfied with the technical aspects of this picture, but I like the sense of more to come.

I found some pictures of the garden of Monnet in Giverny (pictures already posted above)

Kodak Portra 400

They are beautiful in color and in memory of Claude Monnet, who would also like it to be in color

Henry -

Your unidentified chateau - Is it Azay-le-Rideau?

Stuart, thanks for looking

Pictures post n°407 (and 405,406) it's Chenonceaux castle

Pictures post n°403 and 404 it's Chantilly castle

I'll post for you Azay le Rideau in color and b&w, if you want

Best

Henry

Had some bad news this week my partner Jane has got to have a heart bypass bit of a bummer as she has never smoked or had a fatty diet but she has been type 1 diabetic for 40 years, this is her getting her horse ready for her last hunt ride before the operation but don't tell her doctor

Some nice pictures. I think your XP2 in Rodinal is not better than C41 processing, but I am somewhat surprised that it is this good.

Ilford gave me 10 rolls to give out at our club so i thought it was worth a try in Rodinal because it was free
