Karl G Posted April 22, 2013 Share #2 Posted April 22, 2013 Interesting building that kind of makes you want to know the back story behind it's creation and abandonment.
pauledell Posted April 23, 2013 Share #3 Posted April 23, 2013 An excellent pair. Quite interesting is the purpose of this building. From the exterior, it looks like a commercial building but you have seen the interior and can more easily tell. Paul

Maarten Posted April 23, 2013 Author Share #6 Posted April 23, 2013 Thanks for your reactions. The house was found during a hike along the river Rhine in Germany. The outside is covered with asbestos reinforced cement sheets, that gives the commercial building look. I would guess the house was built before or just after ww2 and served as a normal home. There was some old furniture inside. The house was left perhaps 5 years ago. I do not have any further history of the place since I am not living in the neighborhood and did not meet any people around there. Maarten
