stuny Posted April 16, 2013 Share #2 Posted April 16, 2013 Ivan. Very nice. Perhaps even stronger with a slight increase in shadow slider.
Karl G Posted April 16, 2013 Share #3 Posted April 16, 2013 Nice, looks almost like a HDR.
Ivan Muller Posted April 17, 2013 Author Share #4 Posted April 17, 2013 Yes, you are right. Looking at it again its also a bit too saturated, I like them with quite a bit less saturation. all I did here was play with the sliders and that gave it a slight hdr look, which was not the intention. Image was made in full noon sun....
earleygallery Posted April 17, 2013 Share #5 Posted April 17, 2013 Excellent framing. I think the colours work well - I'd quite like that kind of weather for Christmas, or even April in the UK!
Ivan Muller Posted April 17, 2013 Author Share #6 Posted April 17, 2013 Thanks! yes the weather here were I live in the Highveld is apparently the best in the world. Warm but not humid summers and cold but sunny winters...over Christmas we practically live in the pool.
FrancoisF Posted April 17, 2013 Share #7 Posted April 17, 2013 Advertisement (gone after registration) Ivan, A beautiful light! I lived in Maputo (Mozambique) for 4 years at the beginning of the '80 and went several times to SA (Nelspruit, Jo'burg mainly). Your picture remembered me the splendid skies of those places. Thanks for posting. Francois
