I sent a photo of my tilt and swivel rig to Joe Demb, He replied with a modification to his flash bracket to make it more suitable for smaller cameras. Here is what it looks like on my M9 along with the Demb SF-24D bounce kit. It is very lightweight and permits bouncing off a wall to camera left by tilting the flash mount. I can also to a portrait orientation bounce shot if I tilt the flash to the left and rotate the camera clockwise. My approach in this thread http://www.l-camera-forum.com/leica-forum/other-leica-products/275252-tilt-swivel-sf-24d.html is more flexable, but heavier and a lot more costly.

So far this combination of the prototype small Demb bracket coupled with his prototype bounce kit is the best overall set up I've found if you want to use the SF-24D on the digital M. It allows ceiling bounce, wall bounce, direct flash, and portrait orientation shots. I've tried a lot of ways to get swivel and tilt using the SF-24D. Some are more flexible than this rig, but all are heavier and much more expensive.

The challenge is to maximize flash flexibility while minimizing added weight and bulk. This is the best set up I've found that meets that criteria.
