elansprint72 Posted April 1, 2007 Author Share #3 Posted April 1, 2007 Stuart, Thanks. On reflection(!) I think there is too much information here- looks better cropped just over the rad cap of the first car?
hsw Posted April 1, 2007 Share #4 Posted April 1, 2007 Agreed; the blue thing and the disembodied legs distract from what you were trying to show. Beautiful colour and chrome. How do you choose to use The FZ30 over the D2? Do you carry them both? Henry

How do you choose to use The FZ30 over the D2? Do you carry them both? Henry Henry, Thanks. The FZ-30 has gone, in favour of it's younger relative the V-Lux 1. I generally tote both of them, the D2 on a short neck strap with the other beneath. For close-up work I would favour the D2 as it operates more like an old-school camera (which is an advantage to an old fart) sometimes though I've been picking off a longer range subject with the FZ/V and then see something close in and fire one off. Now if someone would make a fixed-lens digi-cam from 20mm-450mm with up to 3k ISO and 20mP for 500 GBP...... maybe I'm 5 yrs ahead of myself?
