Guest WPalank Posted March 14, 2013 Share #61 Posted March 14, 2013 Advertisement (gone after registration) Sorry- are you having a jab at a few HDR images I have on my site? I'm pleased to see that Leica hasn't shed its stereotyped user base though. Thank goodness the dentists and Jaguar drivers got their M240s before real photographers. Yep. Please look at last weeks LFI Editors pick, "Hamar Girl", which actually stayed up 3 weeks. Also, on the LFI splash page, Leica bought two of my images that have been up for years. Last months LFI, yup, an image by yours truly. any LFI stuff you want to share? Bronksy. All you need is a camera that thats bracketed shots, that's it HDR boy. They got the M24 to a guy not afraid to scrape his knees and get waist deep in the mud. No tea is served on most of my journeys.

Sorry - but I don't see the connection with a video that you posted which serves NO purpose other than to gloat about you using expensive kit and taking photos of women in underwear - then not sharing the results- and now insulting other peoples work? the point is you're trying to demonstrate something and spend 4 mins or so talking about it which doesn't serve any use to anyone here? I just don't understand what you're trying to prove? It may as well have been a cardboard iPad and a lego M. You are adding no value to a possible discussion about Wifi transmission of photos other than to show us you like taking shots of oriental girls in underpants. Guest WPalank Posted March 14, 2013 Share #64 Posted March 14, 2013 Well, technically the term is not B-roll. B roll refers to something completely different. You simply needed a CU shot, which shouldn't have taken longer than 5 minutes. B-roll is an old news term which refers to footage under a voice over. As soon as my M arrives I'll be happy to post a video and the instructions for free...isnt that what these forums are all about...sharing knowledge. Shows you what I know about videography, case and point! What i was told by the videographer. As to sharing knowledge, are the workshops that so many of this helpful people advertise on their sites free? "I'll teach you how to use your M", "I'll give you the real answers to Lightroom". I have no problem with that. they're just not for free. Again, going back in my life, someone told me that people don't appreciate things that are simply given to them. I see it every day. Most of the people who want this stuff have no plans to use it or have no plans on getting an M. If you price something, that voice, document, has value Plus, the majority of people on this thread demanding "their pound of flesh" (probably mis-translatedI, but I can tell you who the playwright was, what play, meaning, etc.(something tells me it is unfamiliar to you) , wouldn't ever use a studio, etc. anyway. Yes there is a Mandarin oriental which symbolizes the exotic. Not the way you have used the term. Much like the N word to African Americans. Andy the Mod got it, IT'S A TEASER. Used all around us but you have no clue. But that is evident in your terminology. I did the video to get people like yourself upset. At the same time, I've got in the 100's of new likes in just 1 day, but alienated people I have nothing in common like you that run around shooting HDR! Guest WPalank Posted March 14, 2013 Share #73 Posted March 14, 2013 I shared your email with a friend and he felt the email must be from someone in the Religious Right. You see folks, there have been tons of Gospel preaching TV pastors, that have got caught with their pants down Jim Baker style, while preaching something else. It was my friend that drew that connection.
