Guest Randle P. McMurphy Posted February 4, 2013 Share #2 Posted February 4, 2013 Please Read The Fucking Manual: If the camera electronics detect an incorrect setting, the following display flashes to warn you: For example, if the dial is set to "DX” but no DX-coded film is loaded or a film with damaged or unread- able identification, "100” flashes as an indication that the exposure control is assuming a film speed of ISO 100/21°. By contrast, if the dial is set to an invalid position between "DX” and the manual val- ues, "ASA” flashes for the entire display duration of 16 s, i.e. the exposure metering is not displayed. In this case, exposure is once again as for ISO 100/21°. The table on the next page lists the different operating statuses in detail........ http://www.google.de/url?sa=t&rct=j&q=asa%20blinkt%20bei%20leica%20m6&source=web&cd=3&ved=0CEkQFjAC&url=http%3A%2F%2Fen.leica-camera.com%2Fassets%2Ffile%2Fdownload.php%3Ffilename%3Dfile_1738.pdf&ei=66MPUeTSHe_74QTrhYHgCg&usg=AFQjCNFKMIXZ8fFeIEjBhtc-WPhYHNgMlQ&bvm=bv.41867550,d.bGE&cad=rja
