Â When moving the focus tab to the closest position (sliding to the left) there is a distinctly 'crunchy' friction feeling. Moving it back and forth this feeling comes and goes, almost like there is sand in the lens. Â I've not taken the lens to any such conditions and (as far as I'm aware) it has not been dropped. Â I bought it from a trusted dealer 2nd hand but have had it a few months and enjoyed a smooth focus so don't feel that it was a fault when purchased. Â Any advice/help? I'm going to Bali for 2 weeks tomorrow and want to take it with me (my only lens) but is it okay to still use it? Â Kind regards James Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
