However I would crop out the lighted area at the top left corner of the picture including the window. That would get rid of the slightly distracting area and also move the subject out of the center of the picture which will balance it more. Paul Upon further review, I think your composition is as good as it can get. With the man walking down the street which adds depth to the scene, cropping off either side would make it more awkward.
