Had a few rolls of Ilford HP5 in the fridge waiting to be developped for more than a year. Finally got around to it. (difficult to find chemicals in Bali).

I re-discovered the slow, zen-like joy of processing B&W.

Nice moment and light.... really a lovely picture !!

 

I also have some HP5plus rolls , but i have never tried yet , i always go for the kodak since i have more confidence to develop it... but it seems that ilford it's worth a try !!

Wonderful image Carl! Dumped all my digital M's and S2 and went back to film with an MP and M6 Classic. Life became remarkably simpler as a result. I must admit though, the Monochrom has caught my attention :rolleyes:

Hi Gianluca, thank you for your kind words. I do like the fine grain of HP5. But here in Indonesia I use whatever B&W film is available...not a lot, I must add.

I think you should load your camera with the HP5 that you have.
