Advertisement Posted October 5, 2012 Posted October 5, 2012 Hi maxofrome, Take a look here Streets with Mono. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
Michael Hiles Posted October 5, 2012 Share #2 Â Posted October 5, 2012 These are very nice indeed. If they were from film, I would say that the negative was perfectly exposed and the scan or print also perfect - or so close as to make no difference. They exhibit technicals that are at the top of the form. Â I am curious - after making the exposure and loading it into your computer, what else (and how much else) did you do to get to this exceptional technical result? I did few after having imported the DNG into Lightroom 4. Just modify a bit the exposure and balance better the lights. I must say few seconds to obtain the looks I was looking for. The camera is fantastic.
otto.f Posted October 5, 2012 Share #4 Â Posted October 5, 2012 this is the first time I see really convincing Monochrome photos! Thanks! (this may cost me a lot of money). I bet you used an orange filter (from Leica).

I bet you used an orange filter (from Leica) Â Thanks. I have to admit that before taking in mu hands (give a look to my blog in case) I was not sure on the overall quality of the camera. But after 2 days with the Mono I must say that the details are amazing and with a fine art printers the results should be great.
