IkarusJohn Posted September 28, 2012 Share #1 Posted September 28, 2012 Advertisement (gone after registration) I just loaded a new film into my M3, and I noticed that the frame counter did not zero. Any suggestions on how to zero the counter?

Fgcm Posted September 28, 2012 Share #2 Posted September 28, 2012 Send it for repair to your Leica dealer. DIY can be very complex. Fgcm
Michael Geschlecht Posted September 28, 2012 Share #3 Posted September 28, 2012 Hello John, If you have a quick-load simply re-insert the spool after removing the last film & advance to -2. Then insert film, etc. Best Regards, Michael
giordano Posted September 28, 2012 Share #4 Posted September 28, 2012 The M3 counter is reset when you pull out the take-up spool. If you have the quick-load device fitted, you have to remember to pull the spool out part way and then push it home before loading the new film. If that's not the problem, best send it to a camera repair person who's familiar with Ms. .
