My M9-P goes with me everywhere, with lens cloth, ND filter, battery etc. I choose my lens before and only take one. The other bag is capable of taking all my other lenses (8 lenses in all) an I use this for overseas trips, works well.

My one complaint is the black plastic zip can mark black paint

My new kit for a walking around case/strap is the new Town and Country by Fast And Prime. Made to order specifically for Leica Ms. shown below is the holster with my Monochrom.

The Lanyard for the MM is black with black accent. Shown next to it, is the carrying pouch in two tone made specifically for the Noctilux. My .95 fits perfectly. I would imagine the 1.0 to do the same.

Right now, my Nocti is my go to lens with the system (I took these images with my Noctilux .95 on my M9). This leaves the Noctilux pouch empty, so I can put another standard prime in there or for the time being I am placing Black and White Contrast Filters or ND filters with cases. The all fit perfectly.

Shown next to the Nocti pouch is the Standard lens pouch/case with Filters of course:

Below is a quick iPic of the Lanyard I have mounted on the M9. Brown with Black trim.

The leather of the system smells like saddle leather which is fitting as Neal and his family live on a Ranch/Farm and he works out of his barn. Brings me back to my horse riding days.

Below is a link to the website only to show how the harness fits over the shoulder (gentleman in the picture is a Lefty).

Mine was made to order with the camera holster to be able to house the Leica grip. On ByBrett's Flickr stream you can see the case made to order for the M with no-grip.

My Leica stuff is in a Billingham, but the one I use the most is here. Cheap, easily

replaceable and "doesn't look like a camera bag" (which seems to be a requirement).

I used to carry my old d3x in a similar bag at times. Nobody looked at the bag twice! It's better to go incognito, though I'd like a luxurious Mulberry bag (Mulberry - Luxury English Fashion) when I have a spare £900, and I'd need matching shoes to go with it, and gender reassignment surgery, and I'd need to get my mono-brow plucked, and.......

As much as I can understand the perfect "stealth" function of such a plastic bag, aren't you afraid that the handle breaks and the whole thing falls down or even worth opens and bowles your lenses across the pavement?

And, second question, as soon as you take out your cam and/or lens anybody "interested" in it realizes immediately what's inside that plastic bag, don't they? So, for how long will it stay in "stealth mode"?

Not much that looks like 'stealth mode' so far, the plain camera comes out of a receptical that looks like a tarts handbag, or the accessorised camera comes out of an annonymous bag but looking like the tools of a dominatrix. You only need to match a Wotancraft bag with a braided leather camera strap and you'd have a business plan.

Ever since I got a used M4-P a couple of months ago, I've been carrying it in a simple jute sack, using a netbook sleeve for padding. With 2 cartridges of spare B&W film and a compact lens - currently, 28mm Elmarit ASPH - it's all I need for walkabouts and short trips for breakfast and lunch at nearby cafes.

Hey, I have the same bag. Just curious how you got so much to fit in. I usually have a body and 2 lenses.

cheers

Rafael

I usually have a lens on each body, and then there's still plenty of space left for a third lens and then some. I could even fit another point and shoot in if I wanted. Great bag :)

The wife surprised me with this for my birthday last week. She picked it up when she went home to Chartres before Xmas. Measuring 13"x11"x3", nice soft leather with a tartan lining and lots of pockets. Perfect day bag

The Big bag, for the 50mm, about the right size for me.

It's a tad bigger than I would prefer, but hey, it comes with the luxury of an extra space for one more battery on the other side! ;)
