elansprint72 Posted July 20, 2006 Author Share #4 Posted July 20, 2006 Stu, I hadn't never seen one in the flesh before; from Ron's link it looks like there was more than one variant and judging by the size of the radiator intake on some of the link photos it looks like they had a cooling problem! Can you tell us more about these cars Ron? btw, BMW streamliner coming soon. Cheers, Pete.

It was not only a cooling problem (you sure have with airstream-desings) but also an attempt to find the best mix of good aerodynamic and cooling. BMW welcome, please post before sunday Ron Stu,I hadn't never seen one in the flesh before; from Ron's link it looks like there was more than one variant and judging by the size of the radiator intake on some of the link photos it looks like they had a cooling problem! jmr Posted July 20, 2006 Share #7 Posted July 20, 2006 Advertisement (gone after registration) Pete, I like all these shots. Number three (close-up of rear windows and boot) I find particularly good, very minimalist.
jtharvie Posted July 20, 2006 Share #8 Posted July 20, 2006 Wow! Number 1 & 2 get my vote . . . I think the angle adds to the streamline of this fine motor.
