I am down to two bags, that alone is a miracle. Both are pacsafe camsafe bags, the 100 and the 200 there great bags but I got a itch to scratch on the retrospective 5 bag so tell me your thoughts on the bag. I don't use it for Leica gear.  It is a bit cluttered on the inside with numerous pockets. A couple of dividers would be in order instead of all the narrow and shallow pockets. Other than that a well made item. Velcro only to hold the flap down.
kokoshawnuff Posted September 7, 2012 Share #3 Â Posted September 7, 2012 I can fit an M with a short lens attached and 2-4 additional lenses depending on size, a table top tripod, a few rolls of film (or a charger if I had an M9), a notepad, some filters, etc....it's quite comfortable and seems very durable. I'd say it's worth checking out.

NikonJeff Posted September 8, 2012 Share #5 Â Posted September 8, 2012 I just bought one and don't have extensive experience with it yet but I have an M9 with Zeiss ZM35 & shade installed in the center f the bag, a Zeiss ZM50 with caps and a Voigtlander Heliar 75/1.8 with caps & hood on each end of the bag using the supplied dividers not the buily in little pockets. In the front pocket I have an SF24D, (2) extra batteries, lens cleaning cloth and (2) extra SD cards in cases. In the pocket located within the bags interior I have the rain cover. Â Nice little bag, not overly cramped IMHO and doesn't scream camera bag...
250swb Posted September 8, 2012 Share #6 Â Posted September 8, 2012 I have a Retrospective 5 and it is a nice little bag. Just big enough for a camera and two extra lenses (I don't like stacking lenses, too slow to get at them). It isn't what I would call a 'day bag' where I think you need a bit more space for other things, but the front pocket will expand to take a fair amount of stuff. As with all Think Tank bags build quality is second to none and it is very comfortable to carry. Â Steve
Angora Posted September 8, 2012 Share #7 Â Posted September 8, 2012 Advertisement (gone after registration) I don't have this particular model but own two of TTP products; and after few years of use I'm still very happy with their quality and versatility:)
jippiejee Posted September 8, 2012 Share #8 Â Posted September 8, 2012 I own one and love mine when traveling. Easily holds two bodies and three lenses and then some.
edmond_terakopian Posted September 13, 2012 Share #9 Â Posted September 13, 2012 The Retrospective range is superb and I use various models extensively for both Leica M and Canon DSLR gear. Very comfortable, good to work from and extremely well made. Â Retrospective 5 and 7 are perfect for M gear. Completely recommended :-)
