wildlightphoto Posted July 20, 2012 Share #1 Â Posted July 20, 2012 Advertisement (gone after registration) The Pronghorn is often referred to as an antelope but its resemblance to old world antelopes is due to convergent evolution. At one time there were 12 species of Antilocaprids, but now this is the only surviving species in the family. Both photos: R8/DMR, 280mm f/4 APO, probably 1.4x extender, shoulder stock.
