Mike, Paul ..thanks

Paul, rain ( in the First Nations/ Coast Salish) tradition has many meanings, it can represent tears, or crying, it it also can represent healing, cleansing. Here on the West Coast we are surrounded by water. Like the Inuit culture that has over 30 different names for snow, so in Halkomelem there are over 30 different words for rain.

Cheers, JRM

John,

compositions with raindrops on flowers are always a nice subject and a challenge at the same time. Your solution is quite elegant and very subtle. These rainy days will provide us with more?

Thanks for sharing.
