enenrf Posted June 5, 2012 Share #5 Posted June 5, 2012 Leica 14855 Billingham Combination Bag for Leica M system, I have one in black. Best camera bag I ever have. Luigi's outfit custom case Excellent quality, but heavy. I don't like the layout.

SJP Posted June 5, 2012 Share #7 Posted June 5, 2012 Advertisement (gone after registration) Paul, Slightly off topic but that is quite a blog you are setting up. I prefer the classic view to the flippanel, I must admit. I have the 1 day Barnack thing vis-a-vis bags. Fine for me and it is starting to look conveniently low price. Still very robust & waterproof. Manolo Laguillo Posted June 5, 2012 Share #8 Posted June 5, 2012 Nice idea! Thank you! Some of us like the "bare bones bag" (bbb)...
wda Posted June 5, 2012 Share #9 Posted June 5, 2012 Paul, the Artist & artisan ACAM 3000 is not listed. I believe it is known in the USA as Penn's Pad & Pencil Satchel. Similarly, two A&A named bags lack numbers which do exist, I believe. It will avoid confusion to list the same bag with both name and reference number

RobertJRB Posted June 5, 2012 Share #17 Posted June 5, 2012 Don't see the Billingham for leica bag. Perfect for a 3 lens/ one body or 2 body with lens combo. Also the billingham 225, not that usefull for shooting, but really great for traveling with a bigger setup. Only downside is my macbook air doesn;t fit... Jeff S Posted June 5, 2012 Share #19 Posted June 5, 2012 There have been so many bag threads that one can predict the additions without waiting.... Rick will add http://www.thebagforum.com/ Bill will add Safrotto (in lieu of Domke) I will echo Fogg, in all-black (which Bill will diss) Random others will add ONA, Pacsafe, Black Label, etc. Then of course one can get into belt pouches, holsters, hard cases (e.g., Pelican), single cases (Ever Ready, Neoprene) etc. Jeff
airspeed Posted June 6, 2012 Share #20 Posted June 6, 2012 I've found some of the Crumpler bags to be ideal, eg the 3 Million Dollar Home (fits an M9 with lens attached + another lens) and the 5 Million Dollar Home ((M9 with lens attached + 2-3 more lenses). They're strong, well made and not too expensive. They also make an insert (the Haven range) in three different sizes. I have the large version which fits into a medium-size backpack and comfortably holds an M9 + three lenses and a few other odds and ends.
