SD Card Reader

I seem to have lost my trusty card reader. It was the only one that would read SDHC cards. I want to replace it and was wondering if anyone had any experience with this one. It is inexpensive and I was going to buy several at $6.99 and put them in every camera bag I have.

I was thinking a card reader is a card reader, period.

I got lot of fits all of a sudden with 3 inexpensive ones I got over the years.

Last Christmas I bought an on sale Lexar reader, 35 on sale for 20, and all the issues went away.

It always works if you cable the camera to the computer also, always

I searched the web and bought two EASYi SDHC card readers; one for home, one for travel. They were ridiculously inexpensive and have worked faultlessly.

Tethering your camera to computer uses battery power. Not necessary in my view.

I have an older multi format reader but it does not read the new high speed cards. My only reader that will do so is "missing" or I put it in a safe place that I cannot locate and that is why I am going to buy several if they are recommended.

Buy an iMac, they have a SD card reader built in :D

Which is a bummer when you use a Canon too :(

Sorry can't help with that model.

That might be a little more than I was considering paying. I dont think I can get one in each camera bag.
