Noise Ninja and Neat Image are the two most popular packages, so I doubt you would go wrong with either. Neat Image has been picking up more customers recently, if I am reading the zeitgeist correctly, but then, Noise Ninja has a new version out or almost ready.

I use Neat Image. I used to use it standalone but find it easier to use the PS plugin just before making the final image.

 

If you're not informed about iCorrect, it deserves a look. It made the color correction of a recent shoot really easy for me.
