matlep Posted March 24, 2012 Share #5 Â Posted March 24, 2012 If you are serious about getting one and are willing to pay what they go for. i would recommend you to contact Bellamy at Japan Camera Hunter | Find the camera of your dreams He is really good at tracking down impossible to find items. Â Im not sure what he charges, but i do not think it is too much.
horosu Posted March 24, 2012 Share #6  Posted March 24, 2012 I tried that myself, but he said that the demand is so high for this lens, it's virtually impossible to find one.  Regards, Horea  If you are serious about getting one and are willing to pay what they go for. i would recommend you to contact Bellamy at Japan Camera Hunter | Find the camera of your dreams He is really good at tracking down impossible to find items. Im not sure what he charges, but i do not think it is too much. MarkP Posted March 24, 2012 Share #7 Â Posted March 24, 2012 Advertisement (gone after registration) My recollection is that the production numbers were very low hence prices will always be exorbitant. Although I'm not after one I have scanned eBy from time to time when checking lens prices and have seen two in the past six months. One listed in my post #2 above. I think you ust have to be vigilant and be prepared to hand over a truckfull of cash. Â But, do you think the lens is really worth the money?

yanidel Posted March 25, 2012 Share #10 Â Posted March 25, 2012 You won't find a sharper M lens at F1.4. And its relatively smaller size and weight makes it a great Noctilux alternative. bpalme Posted March 25, 2012 Author Share #11 Â Posted March 25, 2012 Would love to see some side by side comparisons of the 50 Summilux ASPH and the 0.95. Thanks for the reviews.

Any photos I post now are ones that were previously taken and not processed. Â Interestingly, there wasn't much of a market for it here, so selling it proved to be difficult. Â Peter. I feel 60mm is great to act as a 50mm and 75mm. You get enough compression for portraits and still can use it for general shooting such as street or reportage. Two lenses is better then three IMO I'd be interested to know why you went for 50 and 75 in the end ?
